Prayatna Nepal conducted one day workshop for developing 3 years strategic planning of the organization on virtual platform zoom on 16th January 2021. It was conducted among the executive members and staffs of Prayatna Nepal. In the workshop, organization's vision, mission, goal were discussed. Along with this, SWOT analysis and stakeholder analysis was done and activities plan were set. Mr. Khom raj Sharma (senior vice president of Nepal Association of the Blind) was the consultant appointed to develop the Organizational Strategy.
The main objective of development of 3 years strategic planning is to provide the clear roadmap to the organization so that it will move accordingly.
