Sexuality Training

Prayatna Nepal had conducted 5 days training on sexuality for 14 visually impaired women at Lalitpur. The objective of that training was to create safe space to have proper knowledge on sexuality, its dimension, and link with technology.

Because of that training participants gained knowledge on structure of contraceptive devices, sex, gender, sexuality, technique for online and of line space, LGBTIQ and sexuality, disability and sexuality, different law and policy on sexuality and advocacy technique including issue identification, stake holder analysis, power mapping and 1-minute message developing technique.     At the end of training, participants had set personal timeline and collective timeline for continuity of that training.  Participants themselves decided to open face book group of participants who have participate in that program and organized dialogue series. So, they can explore their sexuality and their issues related to sexuality which they cannot discuss in another forum.
