Prayatna Nepal operates with a clear, two-tiered organizational structure designed to ensure effective governance and efficient program implementation. At the apex of our structure is the Central Working Committee, also known as the Board. This body serves as the primary governance unit, responsible for setting the strategic direction, formulating policies, and providing oversight for all organizational activities. Predominantly composed of women, the board includes a significant majority of visually impaired members, including the chairperson. This composition ensures that the organization's strategic decisions are deeply informed by the lived experiences of its primary rights holders, embodying our core principle of "Nothing about us without us." The board provides the vision and ethical framework that guides all of Prayatna Nepal's endeavors. Reporting to the board is the operational team (staff). This team is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of programs, projects, and administrative functions. The staff includes various roles such as program coordination, administration, and finance, working collaboratively to translate the board's strategic directives into tangible outcomes. This team handles the practical aspects of project delivery, community engagement, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization. The relationship between the Board and the Staff is one of strategic leadership and operational execution, fostering an environment where governance and implementation are aligned to achieve Prayatna Nepal's mission and objectives effectively
